eating to be hot; @ 10:22 AM

so this is for my friend. my goal is to help her lose some weight and we got the whole training thing down. If you have any extra advice, etc., please, feel welcome to tell me!

Eat 5 times a day, about every 3 hrs. 3 big meals, snack in between.
-Lean protein: grilled chicken, fish, nonfat cheese, egg whites, etc.
-Healthy carbs; brown rice, whole wheat bread/pasta, whole grains etc.
-fiber: from fruits/veggies (bright ones mostly-they help collagen breakdown and are loaded with vitamin C) & healthy carbs
-unsweetened drinks: water, tea
-healthy fats: olive oil, fish (tuna & salmon!)

Take the right portions, as in, eat in moderate portions and not too much where you're stuffed. Check serving sizes if you'd like.

Eat fresh food. Cut out any processed food, like chips, cookies, etc. and instead, eat fruit and veggies and lean meat and healthy carbs.

At times, you can eat a big breakfast, which is great, since it is the most important meal of the day. It can assist you in not overeating later.
